    Just having some one on one support is everything! I am an RN who has always been interested in using food as medicine and just learning about making good food choices. So I was standoffish about admitting that I didn’t know everything and I could use some help.

    I have been a “curvy girl” since I was probably 7 years old and have PCOS. I’ve tried soooo many different “diets” and exercise routines, and they all never really yielded any good or lasting results.

    After joining, my first goal was just to have breakfast everyday, and the difference just doing that made was incredible. I never realized I was having a fuel issue. I just figured skipping a meal was probably good for me, but later learned it was stressing my body out.

She helps get you back on track!!! And you can still eat stuff you like!!!

    Working with Tori is so positive!! Even though I couldn’t attend every weekly zoom call, she still was supportive and there for me. Especially when I was struggling. It took a while for me to start seeing results on the scale even though I felt better and my body tone was improving. She kept encouraging me and insisting I would see it!

    I had been on a weight loss plan where I ate only processed food, and one meal a day. I lost weight but I was miserable. I ached all over, didn’t sleep well, and suffered from terrible abdominal symptoms. I couldn’t imagine continuing this yo-yo diet any longer. I just wanted to eat an apple, or a carrot, something normal. I knew there had to be a better way, and I was disgusted with myself for the weight and for allowing myself to get to this point.

    Then I found Tori who encouraged me to start the process of eating real food. She sent me easy to follow directions about how to eat to manage weight, blood sugar and cravings, while working with me to make sure I understand why and how the process worked. My weight loss has been a slow process but I eat real food and feel amazing. I sleep better, and I no longer have abdominal problems. I feel like I’m in control and I can do this for the rest of my life!

    The easy to follow directions & meal planning helped a lot, but Tori explained things further and made sure I understood the importance of eating a protein with carbohydrates, and to add fiber to help keep me full and to fight cravings. It worked!!!

    I just felt sick and miserable before starting the program, but now I’ve dropped weight over time and also dropped inches by incorporating weights into my exercise plan.

    I felt lost. I was confused on what to eat, when to eat. I felt like society and diet culture almost made me scared of foods and being told this was healthy and that was not. I just wanted to find some food freedom and get out of diet culture.

    I was always in the “I can do it myself” box . And after countless diets and before and after pics and self loathing, I realized that I obviously could not do it alone.     In the 12 weeks I’ve lost about 11 lbs and about 15 inches all over!
